The sessions are scheduled and will follow the dates and times on the agenda for the live event. Because this is live-streamed in real-time, you will need to be present during each session at its allotted time. Should you not be able to view a live session, you will receive limited access to the recordings.

Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email. As we near the conference dates, you will receive a series of emails with information pertaining to the event platform, instructions, and your access link.

Only if you purchase a Group License. If you wish to have multiple employees accessing the live-stream, please purchase additional viewers or contact Office Dynamics directly for multiple viewer discounts. 800-STAR-138

It is recommended that you use an updated Firefox or Chrome web browser. DO NOT use Internet Explorer, will more than likely experience difficulties. You will need a good internet connection and should not be running other programs or webpages while viewing. A wired connection is recommended but good wifi will work as well.

This year’s conference will be held at the AAA Four Diamond-rated Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Las Vegas. Inspired by the natural beauty of the neighboring desert mountains, it is only a 20-minute drive from McCarran International Airport, offering the perfect mix of proximity to enjoy the action on the Strip and distance to ensure an unspoiled luxury retreat. Enjoy world-class dining and entertainment as well as luxury amenities including the pool, fitness center, and award-winning spa.

A not-to-miss event, the Conference Gala is fashioned specifically to celebrate our attendees. This mix-and-mingle party gives the conference attendees a chance to get together and let their hair down while enjoying hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, and dance music. (Each registrant receives one (1) drink ticket.)

A high-spirited adventure awaits you! The Ghostly Gala offers conference-goers a chance to dress in costume (bring your own or rent in Vegas). Dance the night away at our spooktacular dance party! Enjoy dinner on your own at one of the many restaurants on-site or nearby, then costume up and come join us for fun, entertainment, and dancing! Prizes will be awarded for creative costuming! Your guest is welcome to join the fun at the Ghostly Gala for just $75.00. Link coming soon.

If you prefer to just come and see all the costumes, that is okay with us, too!

The 6 Bonus Virtual Sessions

When you purchase the in-person conference experience or livestream conference experience, you will receive 6 bonus virtual sessions along with your registration at no extra cost. Expect skill-building sessions that will sharpen your administrative, technical, and people skills.

The sessions will not be live. You will be granted access to 6 pre-recorded topics with various experts through our virtual platform.

You will receive access to the six pre-recorded sessions with various experts about two weeks after the conference.

When you register for either one of our hybrid event options, you will receive a series of emails with information pertaining to the virtual platform, instructions, and your access link as it gets closer to the access date.

Once you have been granted access to the pre-recorded sessions, you will have the ability to rewatch them for a limited time.

In order to receive access to the 6 bonus sessions, you must register for our in-person or live-stream conference.

Absolutely not. Anyone caught sharing will be removed immediately without refund.

Yes, we do offer group discounts. It would be highly beneficial for a company’s administrative assistants to attend as a group so they can grow together and amplify what they have learned.

Live-Stream:

This is streamed in real-time and you must be present to watch the sessions. You will also have the ability to chat and network with other administrative professionals via video, audio, and chat.

Conference On Demand:

These are the recordings from the live conference and will be available around three to four weeks after the conference. You can watch the sessions in any order and as many times as you would like. You can stop, pause, or skip through the videos as well.

Payment options

You may pay by credit card through our online checkout or you may call 800-STAR-139 and we can take your payment over the phone.

We do accept checks as a form of payment. Checks must arrive and clear prior to the event. Any checks received late will result in denied access to the in-person or live-stream event.

Cancellation/Substitution

Should you be unable to attend for any reason, a full refund, less a $500 cancellation fee, will be issued if we receive notice in writing by September 15, 2021. After September 15, 2021 all registrations and no-shows are subject to full conference fee. A company may substitute one attendee for another by notifying Melia Amira in writing at mamira@officedynamics.com, no later than 30 days before the event. Refund for credit cards will only be given as credit, not check reimbursement. Should the Conference need to be rescheduled due to acts of nature or national disasters, the Conference will be rescheduled, not canceled. Attendees can send a substitute if they cannot attend the rescheduled date. Should there be any changes with our live event due to COVID (or other viruses) and we cannot meet in-person, we will transfer your registration to 2022 Conference and provide you access to the 2021 Live-Stream conference. By registering for this event, you agree to the above policy.

There are no refunds for both the in-person conference experience and the live stream conference. In case you can’t make it, we will gladly transfer your purchase to the 29th Conference for Administrative Excellence.

If you have purchased the live-stream conference experience and would like to upgrade to the in-person conference experience, we can apply the amount paid towards the price of the in-person conference experience, and you would only be responsible for the difference in price. If you have purchased the in-person conference experience and would like to transfer to the live-stream experience due to COVID or other personal reasons, you can. However, we cannot refund the difference in price.
