Johna Little is a Senior Talent Development Consultant with over 12 years of experience in the Learning and Development profession. She is a certified Star Trainer and Development Dimensions International (DDI) certified facilitator. She is passionate about helping others learn the steps for creating personal and professional goals in an effort to reach their desired outcomes.
She currently works on the Talent and Organizational Effectiveness team at NiSource in Columbus Ohio. She works closely with senior leaders to identify processes and solutions to improve performance and leadership capabilities throughout the organization.
Johna began her professional career as an Administrative Assistant for Discover Card and credits the experiences from that role as the springboard to achieving her professional and personal goals. She values the strategic and supportive role Administrative Professionals play in high-performing organizations.
Johna loves Columbus, OH, and her community. She served as a member of the Goodwill of Columbus Business Advisory Council and as a Band Boosters board member for her local school district. Johna and her husband enjoy raising their two beautiful daughters, Sophie and Mati. She has a passion for music and annually attends a local, 13-hour performance of every recorded and released song by the Beatles.
