Paige McPheely, Co-Founder and CEO at Base, the first-ever platform built for assistants.

Through a passion for bringing people together, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to organize chaos, Paige co-founded 33Vincent, a remote executive assistant agency, with her long-time friend, Casey Putschoegl. Together, they recruited top talent and attracted high-profile clients, growing the company organically and sustainably to employ over 50 contract executive assistants who serve busy executives across the country.

Years of experience with executive assistants outlined common pain points and needs in their workflow; EAs lacked software of their own, a strong community, and a trusted source for training and resources. With a genuine desire to serve the executive assistant community, Paige turned her attention to creating a solution: Base, the first-ever tool built for assistants.

With its release in 2019, Base’s elite suite of tools helps assistants to succeed in supporting executives—from anywhere. No interrupted workflows, simply faster, more efficient ways to do your job. Today, nearly 5,000 assistants use Base to increase productivity and become more strategic in their role.

Paige is CEO of Base and remains an advising partner for 33Vincent. She lives in Greenville, SC with her husband Matt and their three sons, Jones, Sam, and Bennett.

Future-proofing your role in a hybrid workplace
Friday, October 29 | 9:45am – 10:45 a.m. PT

Paige McPheely is the co-founder and CEO of Base, the first-ever platform built for assistants, which has thousands of users across the globe. In this session, Paige will be sharing best practices for future-proofing your assistant role, specifically in a hybrid workplace. Remote work for most is here to stay (or at least, partly), but many assistants are also expected to head back into the office (if they aren’t already!)

During this session you’ll learn:

  • About the Base product and how it can help streamline all of your inputs, increase productivity, and support executives/leaders more strategically
  • How to leverage technology to set expectations and boundaries as your work environment changes
  • Success stories of assistants who have leveraged technology while working remotely, and how these strategies can be used for long-term success
  • What being a strategic assistant means and how you can start unleashing this leverage today.
