Susan Schultz is an experienced executive assistant for the Procter & Gamble Company and is currently supporting the Human Resources Vice President for Global Product Supply. She has worked for P&G for over 28 years and has been an executive assistant for more than 14 years supporting six different Vice Presidents. Susan is both ACEA and CEAP certified and has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Miami University.
Susan has been a Star Achievement Series® facilitator and master trainer for P&G for six years. She leads a team of six peers to deliver this training within P&G. She is very passionate about enabling the administrative community to grow and develop so that they reach their professional goals. Through the STAR training, P&G admins move outside of their comfort zones to continually develop their skills, increase their self-confidence, and achieve new heights. Through these trainings, the administrative community is realizing their value to enable P&G to reach their strategic goals and are “earning their seat at the table”.
In 2017, Susan was awarded the prestigious P&G CEO Award. This Award is given to individuals who demonstrate hard work and dedication while continually delivering results with excellence.

Red, green, yellow or blue . . . which color are you? By understanding the four communication color styles and your personal preferences, you will be able to increase your effectiveness in the workplace, build rapport, create win-win situations, and know how to complement your executive’s style.
During this 75-minute interactive session, you will take the communication style assessment and explore topics such as what the colors have in common and how they differ. You will gain an understanding of knowing when to stretch into other styles and leverage your own style. This communication assessment tool has been used with thousands of assistants for two decades and always has an empowering effect on their personal and professional interactions.
