Add Session Recordings – Only $199

Replay your favorite conference sessions whenever you want. Attendees can add recordings at the exclusive price of $199 (regularly $695).

  • Access begins a few weeks after the event.

  • Recordings remain available for three months.

  • Revisit sessions as often as you like.

Important Note: The Elite Assistant Certification is a live-only experience designed for maximum engagement and impact. It is not recorded and is not included with the conference session recordings—making your Elite achievement truly one-of-a-kind.

Recording Use Disclaimer: Conference session recordings are for individual use only and may not be shared, distributed, or displayed publicly. If your organization would like multiple team members to access the recordings, a Group Access License is available—please contact us at 800-STAR-139 for pricing. Any attendee found sharing access without authorization will have their access revoked immediately and will not receive a refund.


2026 In-Person Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • A full refund, less a $600 cancellation fee, will be issued if notice is received in writing by August 1, 2026.
  • After August 1, 2026, all in-person registrations and no-shows are subject to the full conference fee.
  • You may transfer your in-person registration to live-stream before or after August 1, 2026. Refunds will only be issued if transferred prior to August 1, 2026.
  • Substitutions are allowed up to 30 days before the event with written notice to Melia Amira at [email protected].
  • In the event of a reschedule due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, the conference will be postponed (not canceled). If you cannot attend the new date, you may send a substitute attendee.
  • If COVID-19, other viruses, or government mandates prevent us from meeting in person, your registration will automatically transfer to the virtual conference, and the fee difference will be credited toward the 2027 conference. No refunds will be given.

2026 Elite Cancellation/Refund Policy

Should you be unable to attend the Elite Assistant Certification Course for any reason, a full refund, less a $200 cancellation fee, will be issued if we receive notice in writing by August 1, 2026. After August 1, 2026, all Elite Assistant Certification registrations and no-shows are subject to the full fee.

A company may substitute one attendee for another by notifying Melia Amira in writing at [email protected], no later than 30 days before the event.

Should the Elite Assistant Certification Course need to be rescheduled due to acts of nature or national disasters, it will be rescheduled, not canceled. Attendees can send a substitute if they cannot attend the rescheduled date.
