This year’s conference will be held at the AAA Four Diamond-rated Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Las Vegas. Inspired by the natural beauty of the neighboring desert mountains, it is only a 20-minute drive from McCarran International Airport, offering the perfect mix of proximity to enjoy the action on the Strip and distance to ensure an unspoiled luxury retreat. Enjoy world-class dining and entertainment as well as luxury amenities including the pool, fitness center, and award-winning spa.

Please be advised that our live-stream conference is intended to provide a real-time feed of our in-person conference for those who are unable to attend in person. While we will do our best to engage and involve our virtual attendees, it is important to note that the in-person conference is designed for an on-site audience. Therefore, virtual attendees may not have access to the same perks and experiences. However, we are confident you will still receive a high-quality educational experience through the live-streamed sessions.

The sessions are scheduled and will follow the dates and times on the agenda for the live event. Because this is live-streamed in real-time, you will need to be present during each session at its allotted time. Should you not be able to view a live session, you will receive access to the recordings for 30 days. Please keep in mind that you are viewing the in-person conference live as it is happening, and the conference is mainly designed for in-person attendees; you will not have the same perks or experience as the in-person attendees. We will do our best to involve the live-stream attendees throughout the conference.

Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email. As we near the conference dates, you will receive a series of emails with information pertaining to the event platform, instructions, and your access link.

The sharing of the live-stream conference with your administrative team is only permitted with the purchase of a Group License. To ensure that multiple employees have access to the live-stream, we recommend purchasing additional viewer licenses or contacting our team at Office Dynamics directly for discounts on multiple viewer packages. It is recommended that you use an updated Firefox or Chrome web browser. DO NOT use Internet Explorer, you will more than likely experience difficulties. You will need a good internet connection and should not be running other programs or web pages while viewing. A wired connection is recommended, but good wifi will work as well. Cancellation/Substitution

Should you be unable to attend for any reason, a full refund, less a $600 cancellation fee, will be issued if we receive notice in writing by August 1, 2024. After August 1, 2024, all in-person registrations and no-shows are subject to the full conference fee.

Should you wish to transfer your in-person registration to live-stream, you will receive a full refund less the cost of live-stream if you notify us in writing by August 1, 2024. After August 1, 2024, you may still transfer your in-person registration to live-stream. However, there will be no refund.

A company may substitute one attendee for another by notifying Melia Amira in writing at [email protected], no later than 30 days before the event.

In the event that the Conference needs to be rescheduled due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, it will be postponed rather than canceled. If you are unable to attend on the new date, you may send a substitute attendee.

If our in-person event is impacted by COVID-19, other viruses, or government mandates preventing us from meeting in person, your registration will automatically be transferred to the virtual conference. We will also credit you the difference between your 2024 in-person registration fee and the virtual registration fee, to be applied towards the 2025 conference. Please note that no refunds will be given.

The 2024 Live-Stream Conference has a strict no-refund policy. However, if you are unable to view the live sessions, you will be provided with access to the recordings for a period of 30 days. Thank you for your understanding.

If you have purchased the live-stream conference experience and would like to upgrade to the in-person conference, we can apply the amount paid towards the price of the in-person conference experience, and you would only be responsible for the difference in price.

The conference provides:

Live-Stream:

This is streamed in real-time and you must be present to watch the sessions. You will also have the ability to chat and network with other administrative professionals via video, audio, and chat. Should you not be able to view a live session, you will receive access to the recordings for 30 days.

Conference On-Demand:

These are the recordings from the live conference and will be available around three to four weeks after the conference. You can watch the sessions in any order and as many times as you would like within three months of purchase. You can stop, pause, or skip through the videos as well.

Yes, conference attendees will have the opportunity to earn 1.6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).  After completing the conference, you will receive a certificate of attendance via email, which will document your participation and the number of CEUs earned.
