This year’s conference will be held at the AAA Four Diamond-rated Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Las Vegas. Inspired by the natural beauty of the neighboring desert mountains, it is only a 20-minute drive from McCarran International Airport, offering the perfect mix of proximity to enjoy the action on the Strip and distance to ensure an unspoiled luxury retreat. A not-to-miss event, the Conference Gala is fashioned specifically to celebrate our attendees. This mix-and-mingle party allows the conference attendees to get together and let their hair down while enjoying hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, and dance music. (Each registrant receives one (1) drink ticket.)

The sessions are scheduled and will follow the dates and times on the agenda for the live event. Because this is live-streamed in real-time, you will need to be present during each session at its allotted time. Should you not be able to view a live session, you will receive access to the recordings for 30 days. Please keep in mind that you are viewing the in-person conference live as it is happening, and the conference is mainly designed for in-person attendees; you will not have the same perks or experience as the in-person attendees. We will do our best to involve the live-stream attendees throughout the conference.

Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email. As we near the conference dates, you will receive a series of emails with information pertaining to the event platform, instructions, and your access link.

It is recommended that you use an updated Firefox or Chrome web browser. DO NOT use Internet Explorer, you will more than likely experience difficulties. You will need a good internet connection and should not be running other programs or web pages while viewing. A wired connection is recommended, but good wifi will work as well. Should you be unable to attend for any reason, a full refund less a $600 cancellation fee, will be issued if we receive notice in writing by August 18, 2023. After August 18, 2023, all in-person registrations and no-shows are subject to full conference fee.

Should you wish to transfer your in-person registration to live stream, you will receive a full refund less $695 if you notify us in writing by August 1, 2023. After August 1, 2023, you may still transfer your in-person registration to live stream, however, there will be no refund.

A company may substitute one attendee for another by notifying Melia Amira in writing at [email protected], no later than 30 days before the event.

Should the Conference need to be rescheduled due to acts of nature or national disasters, the Conference will be rescheduled, not canceled. Attendees can send a substitute if they cannot attend the rescheduled date. Should there be any changes with our in-person event due to COVID, other viruses, or government mandates and we cannot meet in person, we will transfer your in-person registration to virtual and credit you the difference between your 2023 registration and the 2024 conference registration. Example: If you registered for Early Early Bird, your difference for the following year will be based on Early Early Bird pricing. By registering for this event, you agree to the above policy.

If you have purchased the live-stream conference experience and would like to upgrade to the in-person conference, we can apply the amount paid towards the price of the in-person conference experience, and you would only be responsible for the difference in price.

This is streamed in real-time and you must be present to watch the sessions. You will also have the ability to chat and network with other administrative professionals via video, audio, and chat. Should you not be able to view a live session, you will receive access to the recordings for 30 days.

Conference On-Demand:

These are the recordings from the live conference and will be available around three to four weeks after the conference. You can watch the sessions in any order and as many times as you would like within three months of purchase. You can stop, pause, or skip through the videos as well.

For those who attend the conference, you will be awarded (TBD) CEUs and will receive a certificate of attendance.
