Who is this conference for?
The recordings are designed for executive assistants, administrative assistants, administrative business partners, office managers, administrative leaders, and other professionals who support executives and teams. On-Demand is an option when you want to learn from conferences on your own schedule.
Can I start watching as soon as I preorder?
No. This is a presale purchase for recordings that will be released after the 2027 conference. You will receive access instructions when the program is ready. Recordings are typically available two weeks after the conference ends.
How long will I have access?
The On-Demand pass includes three months of access, and the On-Demand Extended pass includes six months of access. Access begins the day you receive your access email.
Do I have to watch at specific times?
No. Once your access is available, choose when to watch during your access period. You don’t have to follow the original conference schedule or watch in a specific time zone.
Can I watch sessions more than once?
Yes. You can revisit the included presentations during your access period and use the playback controls to pause, rewind, and review them.
Is the workbook included?
Yes. The package includes a downloadable participant workbook to use alongside the recordings.
Are all conference sessions included?
The package includes conference session recordings. Review the published recording list for included presentations and any exceptions before purchasing. In some cases, a presenter may not allow us to share their session recording, but it’s very rare.
Will I receive a certificate or continuing education credits?
Yes. You will receive a certificate of completion. We will determine CEUs once the agenda is finalized.
Can my coworkers watch with me?

Does this include Elite Assistant Certification?
No. Elite Assistant Certification™ is a separate, in-person course and is not part of the conference recording package.
How is On Demand different from Livestream?
On-Demand provides recorded learning after the conference, with no live schedule to follow. Livestream includes the live conference broadcast and virtual networking during the event, with access to the recordings afterward.
What if I need to cancel my purchase?
There are no cancellations or refunds for On-Demand.
