By registering for this event, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.
Cancellation Policy
In-Person Registration Cancellation
- A full refund, less a $600 cancellation fee, will be issued if notice is received via email to Melia Amira at [email protected] by August 1, 2027.
- After August 1, 2027, all in-person registrations and no-shows are subject to the full conference fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.
- You may transfer your in-person registration to live-stream at any time, before or after August 1, 2027. If the transfer is made before August 1, 2027, you will receive a refund for the difference between the in-person and live stream registration fees. Transfers made after August 1, 2027, will not be eligible for a refund of the price difference. This transfer option is offered as a courtesy for those unable to attend in-person.
Group Registrations
Group registrations are subject to the same cancellation policy as individual registrations. Each registration within a group is treated independently, and the $600 cancellation fee applies per registration, regardless of whether one member or the entire group cancels.
All Access Pass Cancellation
The All Access Pass includes both the in-person conference and the Elite Assistant Certification Course. If you cancel an All Access Pass before August 1, 2027, the standard $600 conference cancellation fee and the $200 Elite Assistant Certification Course cancellation fee both apply, for a total cancellation fee of $800. After August 1, 2027, All Access Pass registrations and no-shows are subject to the full package fee, with no refund available.
If you registered for the Elite Assistant Certification Course and the conference as separate individual purchases rather than as an All Access Pass, each registration is subject to its own individual cancellation policy and fee.
Elite Assistant Certification Course Cancellation
Should you be unable to attend the Elite Assistant Certification Course for any reason, a full refund, less a $200 cancellation fee, will be issued if we receive notice by August 1, 2027. After August 1, 2027, all Elite Assistant Certification registrations and no-shows are subject to the full fee.
This policy applies to standalone Elite Assistant Certification Course registrations. If you registered as part of an All Access Pass, see the All Access Pass Cancellation section above.
Live-Stream Registration
The live-stream conference has a strict no-refund policy. If you are unable to view the live sessions, you will be provided access to the recordings for a period of 3 months.
Substitutions
Substitutions are allowed up to 30 days before the event, provided notice is given to Melia Amira at [email protected].
Pricing and Fee Changes
Conference pricing may vary based on registration date (including early-bird and standard pricing) and group size. Your registration fee is locked in at the rate paid at the time of purchase. Cancellation fees are based on the amount paid, not on any current or future pricing tier.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of registration. If payment was made by a company credit card, purchase order, or company check, the refund will be returned to that same company account or payment method. Office Dynamics International reserves the right to verify the identity and authorization of any individual requesting a refund and may require written confirmation from the original purchasing company before processing a refund to any party other than the original payment source. We reserve the right to deny or delay a refund request if authorization cannot be confirmed.
Postponement
In the event of a reschedule due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, the conference will be postponed, not canceled. If you cannot attend the new date, you may send a substitute attendee.
Force Majeure
In the event that circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, venue unavailability, public health emergencies, government mandates, or other acts of God, prevent us from holding the conference in person, your registration will automatically transfer to the live-stream conference. No refunds will be given in this circumstance.
Right to Modify or Cancel the Event
Office Dynamics International reserves the right to modify the conference agenda, speaker lineup, venue, or format at any time due to circumstances beyond our control. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund. In the rare event that Office Dynamics International cancels the conference entirely, registered attendees will be notified and offered a full refund or credit toward a future conference.
Liability and Assumption of Risk
Assumption of Risk
By attending the conference, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with travel, in-person attendance, and participation in conference activities, including but not limited to illness, injury, loss or damage to personal property, and travel-related disruptions. Office Dynamics International is not liable for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred as a result of attendance, including but not limited to airfare, hotel accommodations, or other travel arrangements. We strongly recommend attendees consider travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Health and Safety
Attendees experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness are asked to refrain from attending the conference in person and to contact us regarding available options. Attendance at the conference is voluntary, and attendees assume all health-related risks associated with attending an in-person event, including exposure to illness. Office Dynamics International is not liable for any illness or health-related outcome arising from attendance.
Access and Behavior
General Access
Office Dynamics International’s Annual Conference for Administrative Excellence (“Event”) is open to administrative professionals, industry attendees, and their invited guests as outlined below. Office Dynamics International reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to, or remove, any individual whose conduct is disruptive to the Event or who is not deemed an appropriate part of the audience the Event is intended to serve. This includes, but is not limited to, any individual soliciting business, promoting a competing company or service, or approaching attendees for commercial purposes outside of an authorized exhibitor capacity.
Age Requirements
Attendees must be 18 years of age or older to register for or attend the conference. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to attend the Joan Burge Gala and the Welcome Reception/Social Fusion Mixer.
Guest Policy
Attendees may not bring family members or other guests into the conference, Welcome Reception, Gala, or any other part of the conference. The only exception is a guest who has purchased a valid Guest Pass for the Welcome Reception/Social Fusion Mixer and/or Gala. Any guest attending the Welcome Reception/Social Fusion Mixer or Gala must be 21 years of age or older. A guest who does not have a valid Guest Pass will be removed from the event.
Identity Verification
Office Dynamics International may require a photo ID or other proof of registration to confirm an attendee’s or guest’s identity and age prior to or during admission. Attendees or guests whose identity or age cannot be confirmed as required above may be denied admission or removed.
Alcohol Service
Each attendee, and their guest if applicable, will receive one complimentary drink ticket for the Welcome Reception/Social Fusion Mixer and one complimentary drink ticket for the Gala. Any alcohol beyond the complimentary ticket is available for purchase at the attendee’s or guest’s own discretion. Office Dynamics International is not responsible for monitoring or limiting an individual’s alcohol consumption beyond the complimentary ticket provided, and attendees and guests are solely responsible for their own consumption and conduct.
Code of Conduct
Office Dynamics International is committed to providing a professional, welcoming environment for all attendees, guests, speakers, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or other inappropriate conduct directed at any attendee, guest, speaker, or staff member will not be tolerated. Office Dynamics International reserves the right to remove any individual from the conference, without refund, for conduct that violates this policy.
Attendee Photography
Attendees and guests are asked to be respectful of others when taking photographs or video at the conference, Welcome Reception, Gala, or any other conference-related event. Photographing or recording other attendees without their consent, particularly in social or informal settings, is discouraged. Office Dynamics International is not responsible for photographs or recordings taken by attendees or guests of other individuals at the event.
Photos, Video, and Likeness
Office Dynamics International regularly takes photographs and video at our conference for use in marketing materials, social media, our website, and future promotional content. By attending, you grant Office Dynamics International permission to use your name, image, and likeness captured at the event for these purposes, without compensation. If you have concerns about being photographed or recorded, please notify our staff at the registration desk.
Session Recording and Content Sharing
Conference sessions are recorded by Office Dynamics International and made available for separate purchase. Attendees may not independently record full sessions. Short clips under two minutes and photographs of presentation slides are permitted for personal, non-commercial use. Attendees may not duplicate, sell, transfer, or otherwise distribute session content, recordings, slides, or materials to any other individual or party. Session recordings and materials are intended for the personal use of the purchasing or registered attendee only.
Exhibitor Engagement
Our conference may include exhibitors who showcase or demonstrate products and services. Attendees may engage with exhibitors and sample or interact with exhibitor products at their own discretion. Office Dynamics International is not responsible for any products, services, agreements, purchases, or engagements between attendees and exhibitors, and any such interactions are solely between the attendee and the exhibitor.
Credit Card Payments
Office Dynamics will appear as the company name on your credit card billing statement.
