Lauren Birchmeier, HR Director for Office Dynamics, has 25+ years of corporate HR and consulting experience, providing expert support across diverse industries and multi-state environments. As an HR consultant, Lauren specializes in HR strategy, policy compliance, recruiting and hiring, compensation structure and salary negotiation, benefits administration, employee development, and performance management.
Julie Reed is an Elite Corporate Trainer for Office Dynamics with vast experience in training, coaching, and advising assistants on career strategies. Julie has 20+ years of administrative experience in her work. Julie started as a Senior Administrative Assistant, growing into a Staffing Assistant and then an Executive Administrative Assistant in Human Resources in a span of only four short years. Her motto to assistants is, “Keep yourself in the equation.”

We expect anyone who registers to fulfill their meeting commitment, as several attendees would like to take advantage of this opportunity. We will send an email invitation and details to all attendees in late August or early September. Be sure to check your Inbox. Session sign-ups are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no additional cost to your coaching.
