About

Prior to launching her own business, Hayden supported various C-level executives. Most recently, she partnered with the Chairman, President and CEO of a Fortune 5 company, for whom she eventually relocated from San Francisco to establish and manage his New Hampshire satellite office.  

Hayden’s professional experience includes project management; organizing small personal and large corporate events; planning conferences and site-wide employee engagement initiatives; partnering with a renowned physician and humanitarian on fundraising for his global health programs; and working as an intern in the Irish Parliament. As a licensed 50-Ton Master Merchant Mariner, she has captained yacht charters and delivered private sailboats. During her tenure managing a Boston charter company, Hayden was named one of “The Top 10 Meeting Planners” by Women’s Business Boston and featured in Boston Business Journal’s On the Move.”    

As an executive assistant, her broad professional experiences inspired her new business enterprise. Handled. By Hayden, LLC is a unique approach to customized support, combining elements of small business consulting, project management, and virtual assistant services. Hayden also mentors in career growth.

Hayden is passionate about animals, dedicating time to volunteer with various animal rescue leagues wherever she has lived. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for a non-profit medical foundation. In her leisure time, Hayden enjoys relaxing at the beach, being active outdoors, painting, traveling, and working on home-improvement projects with her partner, Christopher.
