Therefore, virtual attendees may not have access to the same perks and experiences. 2025 Live-Stream Cancelation/Refund Policy
The 2025 Live-Stream Conference has a strict no-refund policy. However, if you are unable to view the live sessions, you will be provided with access to the recordings for a period of 30 days. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I switch my registration to the in-person conference if I have purchased the live-stream conference experience?
If you have purchased the live-stream conference experience and would like to upgrade to the in-person conference, we can apply the amount paid towards the price of the in-person conference experience, and you would only be responsible for the difference in price.
