Joan Burge Innovation Award
At Office Dynamics, we understand that assistants are constantly generating innovative ideas, developing new systems and processes, and taking the initiative. However, they may not always have the chance to demonstrate their abilities or share their creations and may not always receive recognition for their hard work.
To address this, Joan Burge established the Joan Burge Innovation Award in 2019. The award is designed to honor the exceptional ideas of administrative and executive assistants and to provide them with an opportunity to share their ideas with their peers at a public gathering of fellow assistants. Joan wanted to celebrate the forward-thinking and creativity of these assistants and recognize their valuable contributions to their organizations.
