Add Session Recordings to your In-Person Pass for only $199.
Many information-seeking assistants like yourself want to revisit their favorite sessions after returning from the live event. Because of this, we offer the session recordings at an irresistible price to conference attendees. If you bought the conference on-demand separately after the conference, you would pay $595. You can’t go wrong with adding them for $199 right now!
After the conference, we will put our final touches on the recordings and make them available to you a couple of weeks after the conference ends. You will then have three months to access the recordings and view them as many times as you’d like.
2025 In-Person Cancelation/Refund Policy
Should you be unable to attend for any reason, a full refund, less a $600 cancellation fee, will be issued if we receive notice in writing by August 1, 2025. After August 1, 2025, all in-person registrations and no-shows are subject to the full conference fee.
Should you wish to transfer your in-person registration to live-stream, you will receive a full refund, less the cost of live-stream if you notify us in writing by August 1, 2025. After August 1, 2025, you may still transfer your in-person registration to live-stream. However, there will be no refund.
A company may substitute one attendee for another by notifying Melia Amira in writing at [email protected] no later than 30 days before the event.
In the event that the Conference needs to be rescheduled due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, it will be postponed rather than canceled. If you are unable to attend on the new date, you may send a substitute attendee.
If our in-person event is impacted by COVID-19, other viruses, or government mandates preventing us from meeting in person, your registration will automatically be transferred to the virtual conference. We will also credit you the difference between your 2025 in-person registration fee and the virtual registration fee, to be applied towards the 2026 conference. Please note that no refunds will be given.
