Many information-seeking assistants like yourself want to go back to view their favorite sessions after returning from the live event. Because of this, we offer the session recordings at an irresistible price to conference attendees. If you bought the conference on-demand separately after the conference, you would pay $595. You can’t go wrong with adding them for $149 right now!
After the conference, we will put our final touches on the recordings and make them available to you a couple of weeks after the conference ends. You will then have three months to access the recordings and view them as many times as you’d like.

2024 In-Person Cancelation/Refund Policy
Should you be unable to attend for any reason, a full refund, less a $600 cancellation fee, will be issued if we receive notice in writing by August 1, 2024. After August 1, 2024, all in-person registrations and no-shows are subject to the full conference fee.
Should you wish to transfer your in-person registration to live-stream, you will receive a full refund, less the cost of live-stream if you notify us in writing by August 11, 2024. After August 1, 2024, you may still transfer your in-person registration to live-stream. However, there will be no refund.
A company may substitute one attendee for another by notifying Melia Amira in writing at [email protected] no later than 30 days before the event.
Should the Conference need to be rescheduled due to acts of nature or national disasters, the Conference will be rescheduled, not canceled. Attendees can send a substitute if they cannot attend the rescheduled date. Should there be any changes with our in-person event due to COVID, other viruses, or government mandates and we cannot meet in-person, we will transfer your in-person registration to virtual and credit you the difference between your 2023 registration and the 2024 conference registration. Example: If you registered for Early Early Bird, your difference for the following year will be based on Early Early Bird pricing. By registering for this event, you agree to the above policy.
