Tess Vismale is an award-winning Event Rescuer and the Founder and CEO of iSocialExecution, Inc., a US-based premier Event Rescue & Execution firm; Tech Whisperer for DAHLIA+ AGENCY, #EventTechPullUp Podcast Co-Host, Virtual Event Superhero, and Featured Professional Speaker. 

With over 25+ years in the business, she is on a mission to serve humanity and change the world by giving value and leading with collaboration. She is an early technology adopter in the Events space: inaugural class to receive Digital Events Certified (DES) since 2013 conferred by PCMA, spending countless hours troubleshooting, supporting & educating people on their tech (software, hardware, tech stack setup).

Tess’s superpower is she thrives virtually AND face-to-face, managing events, logistics, and tech merged with events big or small! She is a Live Virtual Event Associate with ExecOnline. Tess was awarded the 2023 inaugural tech  Women of Impact Award, and the distinction of being named one of the United States’ most influential event professionals with a well-deserved place on the 2020 #BizBash500 list! She was nominated for the MPIGA 2022 Hall of Fame/Lifetime Achievement Award, named by Eventex as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in the Event Industry, and Tess was featured in ConventionSouth magazine and spotlighted by the Event Industry Council.  She was also honored as MeetingsProfs to watch by ConventionSouth and Smart Woman in Meetings Award winner in the Entrepreneur category. She was recognized as a member of Connect Association magazine’s “15 Over 50.” The honor highlights the top professionals in the events industry. Tess is a Certified Meeting Professional and Meeting Professionals International, Georgia Chapter (MPI, GA).

Her vision is to build a bridge to engage in thought-provoking dialogue, spark progressive thoughts, and active listening focusing on ideation. She was the former Tech Evangelist for The Meeting Pool, Senior Event Lead, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Conference Center Manager, Atlanta Technical College, where she served on the President’s Leadership Team. She was formerly on the Board of Directors of the Green Meeting Industry Council Atlanta (GMIC), member of Skål International, Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), and Association of Conference Collegiate Event Directors International (ACCED-i), and stage-managed for TEDxPeachtree’s “Meetings Trendsetter 2013” and was awarded the GaMPI Shining Star Award. Previously, she was the Alumnae Programs Manager at Spelman College, with over 500,000+ attendees. Throughout these opportunities, Tess grew in her craft to foster environments and partnerships to create a better business event industry.

Vismale has presented for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), Connect Meeting’s Collaborate and Diversity Marketplaces, and PCMA’s Convening Leaders Conference on tech tools and social media for event and fundraising professionals. Most recently, Tess became a founding member of a new professional community, The Association of Influencers and Thought Leaders (AIT). Notably, Tess has continued to be a voice for her industry throughout the the-COVID-19 pandemic. While the events industry has taken a significant hit due to the danger associated with the pandemic, Tess has continued her mission to share her knowledge in wisdom virtually.  A native Chicagoan by way of Atlanta, she holds a BA from Spelman College enjoys social media, creative visionary thinking, tennis & watching mixed martial arts (MMA).
